Took my car in for a new tranny i was told it would be ready in 4 or 5 days... after many unanswerd phone calls and haveing to stop in to talk to him i finally got my car done after 3 pluse weeks. I also got charged for almost \$300.00 worth of extra parts that i was not informed of untill i went to pick up my car!!
