Jordan Whorley is fantastic. She took her time and answered my questions and concerns.
You can't call and get an appointment, a referral or even talk to a medical person without a big run around. Not patient friendly. To much hassle. It's very stressful.
I have never had a bad experience here. I had to change primary doctors a lot as a kid and I've never had a bad one. The doctors, nurses and check-in ladies and call-line workers are always very kind, patient and do their best to answer questions. Coryell Health should not be rated this low.
