Incredibly unprofessional. They don't bother to answer their phones during business hours and don't call back when you leave a voicemail. They try to force you to provide personal information to create an online account (when you aren't a patient) to message with them just to have a simple question answered. If the reception part of the business is this lazy, I wouldn't trust the rest to be better.

I have been going to this location since approximately 2020 and they have always been the best that I have found for my care. I’ve gone to local pain management and was not impressed so the 2 hour drive here has been worth it. Clayton is always so nice and professional and Chris is hands down one of the best NP that I’ve ever seen.

I have been going here for several months Chris Bean is very good, she listens and seems to always care about you. But the owners, the Billing department or whoever runs this part are not good people. They will lie to you and hand you a HUGE Bill without any of your knowledge of owing a bill and expect you to pay it right then and there if not they will not let you see your doc..then send you a text telling you that you missed your appt. And can't get your meds anytime early until your seen by the doc..which in my case is 10... read more
