Never have I ever broken a bone. Didn't have insurance but was recommended here per emergency visit following the break of my ankle. He argued with me that I had broken my ankle before. I think I'd know. Was put in a cast for almost 8 weeks. Had it removed on a wed and half cast put on with the understanding that my break didn't heal and that a side company was to call me by the next day to come fit me for a boot and a ultrasound thing.
