Do not do any business with these scammers! We requested a one-time turn-on service last spring when we were unable to turn it on ourselves. It turned out the unit was broken, and they were unable to replace it, so they referred us to another company, who did replace it, with one with an automatic drain valve. We paid the $16 they charged for coming out and telling us it was broken and did not do any further business with them (we generally do our own yard work). We had an oppurtunity to work with Cory's Lawn service. They were late for 2 hours and we can't get a hold of them, even their office. We wanted a company that will do the job and we saw that this company has 5 stars, that was the reason why we called them. We were disappointed by how late they were and provided no reasons why they were late at all. I will take our business somewhere else next time.
