Staff friendly and great service
Stalked and followed DDS Crouse when he left Hawaii Dental Clinic! He’s the BEST! A Perfectionist and he has excellent rapport with his patients! I ask a LOT of questions and always want to know what’s happening and what my options are…he never hesitates to explain! He loves music and will sing a few bars when his favorite song comes on * ; ). His STAFF is awesome and always make me feel like I’m hanging out with family.
Went to his former location in Waipahu and he wasn't there anymore. I googled him and found his new location, don't wanna see another dentist but him. The best dentist, very good at his skill, explains to the patient what's been done/going on the same time he's working on your tooth/teeth.
I was visiting Hawaii and had an unexpected Dental issue that if not treated I wouldn’t be able to fly out the next day to Tampa , Florida. Dr Crouse and staff saw me before they opened did all the necessary exams. He had to refer me out to an Oral Surgeon who would be able to help me. Dr Crouse went above and beyond To help me They were extremely friendly quick and efficient . The office is organized and clean . Mahalo for helping me out :) Mahalo Nui Loa Debbie
