I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff at Cory Eye Center. Tyler and Becky always go the extra mile for the patients. Dr Cory has been the BEST doctor I have ever had. And I have gone to a lot of doctors in my life. He literally saved my eye sight. I will always owe them my gratitude.
i had an appointment for 1:30 today and i came inside and the blonde lady at the front desk told me i was supposed to be there at 1 and i was late. my mom and i both knew my appointment time and were very confused, and she said she sent a lot of reminders for me to get there and now im late and they can't take me. she kept repeating that i was supposed to be there at 1 and that i was late no matter what we said, so my mom told her there's no need to be rude and she walked away, and didn't let me be seen. they never told me t... read more
Every time I was there the front desk lady was so rude, but I liked the doctor so I dealt with it. I have also recommended family to go here. I brought my daughter today for her appointment and as soon as she said her name, Rebecca interrupted and said “you were supposed to be here at 1:00.” She was not told to be 30 minutes early. Rebecca said I sent you multiple messages…my daughter got a new phone number so she never received the messages.
