My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Breams's for many, many years. My father even used to drive over from Bakersfield to see Dr. Bream before he got too old to drive. Dr. Bream is professional, kind, and honest. If she has any concerns about your eye health she takes the time to explain . Her staff is efficient and courteous.
