I had a great experience getting my oil change here at Corwin, Chris was the Advisor who assited with my appointment. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I will definitely return for future services.
Wife brought our 2024 4Runner in for a ToyotaCare 15k service. Some additional services were recommended that aren’t part of Toyota’s maintenance schedule at that mileage. After speaking with management, they issued a partial refund. Appreciate them addressing the concern, however it’s very deceptive when you put “Needs Immediate Attention” in bold red when talking about brakes and wheels when you they didn’t actually find anything wrong with them. Poor Service & No Management Follow-Up I’m very disappointed with the service department at Corwin Toyota, especially given that this is now the second time I’ve had issues after a basic oil change. First visit: After the oil change, the technician failed to properly tighten the oil drain plug. This resulted in roughly one quart of oil leaking onto my driveway once I got home. I had a previous issue here at the dealership with a routine maintenance issue so today I came in to redeem my free oil change , I was greeted by Amber who took care of everything!! I was heard this time !! I will be back, thank you Amber, you saved Toyota a loyal customer.
I have been going to Corwin for 10 years. They have had a 75% success rate on tightening my oil plug or skid plate all the way down. There is always an issue when I go and the service is mediocre at best. I don’t think I will be back. Guarantee they don’t care…lol
