Scheduling an appointment will not matter. Scheduled an appointment at 9:45 for a 1 hour job. Expected to wait maybe 2 hours. Checked after 3 hours and they haven’t even started on my truck. What’s the appointment for if they say there are cars before you in line? Hour 5 and still not done…. Other people’s time is not important here. This is also the second time this has happened. Have always owned a Toyota and will always - good quality vehicles. Waited 2 hours for the service warranty oil change which seemed excessive. I asked if the truck would be washed and they said they could. They didn't wash it (this is second time this has happened). Had a follow up visit to have all fluids replaced, no diagnosis required, in September 2025. Brought my vehicle in at 10:30 a.m. Went to run errands and returned at 3 p.m.. If you have the opportunity to work with Javier, you’re in great hands—he’s incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. No detail is too small for him, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in providing excellent service.
