Got my oil change done for my 50k service and they didn’t put a filter on when they changed it! Only found out by going to another shop for my 55k oil change and they told me nothing was there. Careless auto care.
Long ridiculous time for a simple oil change without tire rotation, swapped a battery and it was 3 hours ( I scheduled an appt) their computers were down I was told but somehow only down for estimate which resulted in an even longer wait while the service clerk wrote up the estimate after the work was done!! If you come here be ready for all the things that will be recommended even if you recently had them done. How to lose a customer in a day…..try to charge them $793.59 for lug nuts on a Tundra. I have been getting my oil changed and tires rotated here for over 3 years and usually I have trusted Toyota to do my maintenance. However, when I came in and asked for a diagnostic due to my steering wheel vibrating at highway speeds, the work order comes in with tires out of balance, alignment off and bad lug nuts.
