As instructed by Honda, I took my Honda CRV in for a recall. Scheduled the appointment online and walked into the service area right on time. For a first timer, it is a bit confusing as there are a number of Service desks without visible names. One service person was on the phone zooming in and out of a picture and pointedly refused to acknowledge we were there. Terrible experience with these guys. Chandler in specific. They have a routine to inquire to you private party listing about buying your vehicle. They will drag you on for multiple days, transferring you to multiple people ending with their wholesale purchaser Chandler whose duty is to low ball you far beyond trade-in value. Their shady practices have once again reminded me why doing business at these Stealerships is never a good idea.
Chris and Ashley in the parts department really saved the day! They provided awesome customer service, patience and quick results in the midst of a difficult situation.
EDIT: Editing my review after the continued experience. The salesman who originally helped me was great! All the other sales guys I dealt with have been also! HOWEVER, I left the dealership with an IOU detail. I tried for almost 3 weeks to get this done, sent to different salespeople who said they would call me back and have this resolved, yet 3 times I was told this without any initiative to do so. Rogin was the best! Honest, authentic, funny, and super smart. We also enjoy Montgomery Ward. Highly recommend the dealership.
