RecommendedI had a crack in my windshield. I simply called Jamie at the Corwin Collision Center and she arranged it to be replaced immediately. The staff is extremely friendly. I popped in, had a friendly conversation with Andy, and drove off with my newly installed windshield no more than 45 minutes later. My car was totalled (fortunately nobody hurt), but getting through the ordeal of insurance claims, etc. was not fun. Two outstanding employees at Corwin that made the experience manageable, were Mike Wiedewitsch, the estimator and Luke Hovey, who seems to be one of those employees who can be called on for pretty much anyt!hing. Would never take my vehicle here again and if you actually want your vehicle fixed, I wouldn’t recommend you to either! Someone hit our vehicle the first weekend in November and Corwin assured me they could get it in right away so rather then taking my vehicle to another body shop, I made the choice to keep it there. Never called to report repairs were completed. Poor communication throughout the whole process. Poor job vacuuming glass off the floor. Missed things that my StateFarm adjuster found that were pretty significant.
10/10 recommend! They were soo polite and professional. Not only did they fix up my Accord in less than 2 days, they even washed up the outside and vacuumed the interior.
