Absolutely THE worst Vette store I have had the misfortune to deal with. Paid top dollar for C4 front/ rear badges. In 1 year all 3 badges were faded. OK, so it happens. I understand. What I don't understand is when I called I got through to a person who had no idea how to handle the issue. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and was then told by the RMA people that they wouldn't help.....G'bye. click. -10 out of 10.

I purchased SR1 Bullet Chrome Wheels 18 x 8.5 and 19 x 10 for my C6 Corvette, first the finish on inside one of the wheels was terrible look like an acid wash. Offered a $50.00 dollar credit on my next purchase WOW. Mount new tires at a professional Tire shop and one wheel will not balance due to the wheel hub not in spec. Talked to a Cust rep, might as well talked to a blank wall, will not buy any product from this company. NO SUPPORT AT ALL. If there was a 0 rating, I would give it. Ordered new side mirrors for my car. They wouldn’t adjust properly so I can’t see when I’m backing up. I was told “As long as they move, they are not faulty”. I’m now stuck with a product that is useless to me.

The very worst rip off outfit ever. There has to be a way to class action these professional thieves. They shipped me incorrect products and claimed I ordered wrong. I asked them to go on their site and create the order I received which of course can not be done as the options to create such a thing simply do not exist. O refund O return for replacement O service. They are thieves and liars of the highest order. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will be ripped off.

I recently purchased a replacement gas tank kit for my 1977 Vette. it was not until i dropped off my car to have the tank installed that my mechanic discovered that there was only (1) gas tank strap not (2). I called to inquire if they would send out the missing part that I had paid for and was informed that due to the fact that more then 72 hours had past they would not ship me the required part. POOR SERVICE!!!! Called about a part on their website. it was about 6k. THEY CALLED ME!! 3 days later and said we will give you 5% Discount and FREE Shipping! So I Bought it!!! They called me 4 days later and said Sorry, the part is now 8k. Whoa i said. Thats too much. Isnt that FALSE ADVERTISING? I said No Thanks. I will take a refund. They shorted me 80 U.S Dollars. I have bought a lot of parts from Corvette Depot for my Corvette, never have I had a part or accessory that did not fit, or was poor quality. Great company I would highly recommend them.
