Breakfast was good, biscuits n gravy had lots of ground sausage with 2 links on the side. Regular coffee included, specialty coffees $ reasonable. Wait time to get food (20-25min) was a little long but one person was taking orders, cooking and serving.
Breakfast at Corvette Café is a true hidden gem, tucked inside the Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership of all places. You order at the counter, and from there everything runs smoothly. Chef Dan is the real deal—his food is downright delicious, and the service is just as outstanding. In fact, Chef Dan personally came to our table to make sure everything was done correctly, which speaks volumes about the care and pride he puts into his food. Wow! I should have listened to the reviews sooner! Who would believe one of the best breakfasts in town is in a car dealership. The only thing better than the made from scratch food is the service from the guys behind the counter. Trust me, you have to try this place!
