Sold me a vehicle that was completely unfit for the road. Made no effort to even help me out or replace the vehicle knowing full well they sold me a lemon. Does not deserve a dealers license.
I just tried calling to get some information on a car, and before I could even completely ask to speak to the operator of the lot, the guy on the phone goes "I'm sorry, I'm not interested, I'm working today! Bye!" and hangs up the phone. If he's going to have his number posted for people to call, he should at least listen to what they have to say before rudely dismissing me for some script-reading telemarketer.
