I was injured while on the job, I suffered a avulsion fracture and banged up the right side of my body. I’ve never felt so disrespected working with the Liability Claims Specialist, Sandra Hazelton. This is definitely not the line of business she needs to be working in if people are treated in such a disrespectful manner as I was.

Waited 20 mins for the CSR to say there a no manager or supervisor available and doesn’t know when there will be one available but more like “uhh Im not sure” with all his answers. I asked to be transferred to another representative he says okay with an attitude then disconnects my call all together. I’ve emailed and called for 2 weeks with no response to address my missing benefits.
