I had to use CorVel through my company when I had a work injury. They were HORRIBLE! No one returned my call! I had to call repeatedly, even leave VM messages for my 'case workers' supervisor and no one would return my call. Meanwhile, my medical bills were stacking up to where I could no longer go to my appointments until my bills were paid! I would NOT recommend this company. Terrible customer service - especially when you're in a time of need.
What a nightmare. Thankfully this is not my insurance, but I had the bad luck of getting hit by someone who does have this insurance. I found every step of the way with this company to be underhanded and less than professional. Tried tricking me into settleing my claim before the total cost of repairs to the car were known. Accused me of trying to pull sh** when the rental couldn’t be returned for a few extra days due to delays at the body shop due to the holidays.
