Terrible experience so far. I'll be homeless, and starving before they get me on the phone to start the process. 3 weeks and zero pay and minimum contact. So I'm hurt and can't even find other ways to make money while they hold on to my checks. I can't afford a lawyer, and this is totally unacceptable. I need an MRI to confirm what the doc feels is wrong with me. Let's see how many weeks they sit on this one
Tried calling a few times and then call the company in Oregon because that was the place that turned down my Doctor’s request for treatment on my knee. Left message because they say they will call back within 24 to 48 hours and never hear from them.
For me it is terrible. I have claim which no one want take responsibility. They keep passing it fto fireman fund. I need medical care. Have to get a lawyer.
Same issues as the other reviewers no contact at all, no emails or phone calls returned. And letters threatening not to pay you unless you contact them. I guess that's how they get out of paying the people that need the money. no wonder businesses like using them.
Still waiting for them to pay on my vouchers. Last I heard they were just sitting in the computer and not being dealt with.
