Zero stars! When my adjuster contacted me for the first time to get some information, I thought we hit it off. She was very friendly. Then she ghosted me. I have called, texted, left voicemails, and emailed because I needed assistance filling out my workers comp forms. I even left a message for her delivered by another employee of Corvel. These people won’t get back to my doctors it’s been months and I need them to approve a new doctor so I can remain on my medication as my Dr. retired. Whoever picked up the phone told me i was wrong and then wouldn’t transfer me and wanted to argue that she didn’t call me a lier, but she did, she tossed her little attitude in and made the remark. She refused to transfer me to the office manager 10 times and wanted to argue that I was wrong about her saying what I told her was wrong. I’m sick of being treated this way.
The worst adjusters that keep changing without notice. Denied Coumadin that I've been on for 16 yrs due to pulmonary embolism then decide to approve after being off for days which is extremely dangerous considering it's a blood thinner. They treat you like you are a criminal and your case is fraud. No concern for patient care what so ever.
Terrible experience so far. I'll be homeless, and starving before they get me on the phone to start the process. 3 weeks and zero pay and minimum contact. So I'm hurt and can't even find other ways to make money while they hold on to my checks. I can't afford a lawyer, and this is totally unacceptable. I need an MRI to confirm what the doc feels is wrong with me. Let's see how many weeks they sit on this one
Tried calling a few times and then call the company in Oregon because that was the place that turned down my Doctor’s request for treatment on my knee. Left message because they say they will call back within 24 to 48 hours and never hear from them.
