Useless and terribly managed. I got kicked around to three or four different case workers. There is no need for an injured person to have to hunt down the company to get the bills paid. Now I am about to be sent to a collection agency because these bozos refuse to do their job.
This company is inconsiderate and is not fit to handle homicide victims' claims. The state of Tennessee should be aware and do a thorough investigation within.
It's been a mess.......
