The direct supervisor was disorganized, had unrealistic expectations and does not hold herself accountable. Did not know how to send a ticket to IT for me so I may get a new hire password. Etc etc. She was to busy for me as she had to put in her ticket for a password reset. Sends me an email this is a fast past position, I have worked as a case manager for years in multiple settings,it is not a 9-5pm position. Can never get a hold of them phone system is ridiculous have a no fault claim their handling
Corvel is probably one of the worst companies to work for. They spend all of their time mandating useless company events to portray to the public that they are a well oiled machine when in fact, they are not. In order to keep this anonymous I will refrain from being too specific. They do not train their employees properly. The supervisors would rather take about irrelevant topics, opposed to training newly promoted employees. When brought to the supervisors attention, nothing gets done.
