I have caught them in 2 lies now, they are constantly delaying my treatment. The industrial commission of Arizona has been a huge help in seeing past their deception.
Pathetic service, adjusters here are a joke. Have been given no answers medically. Response times are ridiculously slow. Waste of time. Wasted 6months working with them for no answers too be given and for low quality service.

I had been working with them for a claim where I chipped my tooth because there was a tiny pebble in the food I was eating (it was blended in with my food so I obviously didn't see it) and they denied my claim? Now I have to spend hundreds of dollars fixing something that wasn't my fault and could've been prevented if the company didn't put rocks in their food. They have terrible customer service and were absolutely zero help.
