Very poor communication skills they to do better I’ve reached out many times over the past month and nothing everytime I email one of the assistants they are out of the office
Experience with Corvel has so far been extremely difficult, hard to get adjusters on the phone, they promised transportation and then left me stranded. Next step, lawyet
Absolutely terrible! NO respect and follow through was non existent. I called my case worker morning, noon, and before the work day ended 3 days in a row just to be ignored. I emailed..... ignored. Then when I finally stumbled on a number to someone who answered and assured me my funds would be overnighted with a follow up call from her. NOTHING! Crickets.... now she won't take or return my calls. When depression is heightened the stress is worse. So.. thank you for NOTHING! You don't have to care about how I feel but damn..... read more

1 star is generous. Besides a shitty employer who chose to use this company. Corvel is lazy when it comes to helping clients.
