Took my first class and I'm shaking (in the best way possible). Jack greeted my friend and I, explained the machine to me, and delivered a challenging workout. Loved it. Jack also offered hands on adjustments to make sure I could really feel the burn. I honestly had to smile through it, because what else can you do? I was sweating and vibin. Loved loved loved my experience. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good burn to come here.
Had my first class at Corus45 Beachwood after finding the studio by accident. I have been doing Reformer Pilates for a few years and was really impressed with the studio and Megaformer beds. Isabelle was excellent and took the time to check in with me and help with adjustments. Tough but great workout. I will definitely be back. Grip socks are available to purchase.
Love these classes! Fun, exciting, and always hit the spot. Taylor is a great!
