I never thought I would enjoy a slow paced workout. Corus 45 works small muscle groups in an intense way, that leaves you sore and satisfied. The instructors are encouraging and helpful. One of the best workout in the Pilates sector out there!!!!
I only go a couple of times a week, but it feels like I get the same workout in 45 minutes that I used to spend hours on at the gym. I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years and I love how hard this class pushes me. Every instructor brings their own unique challenge, and I always appreciate a good sense of humor to get me through the tough moments. It’s truly one of the best workouts out there!
I genuinely LOVE this class and location. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. The music is great. The classes are very challenging, but you will feel so strong and accomplished after every one of them.
One of the best full body and combined cardio workouts I have ever experienced. It absolutely destroys you but in an enjoyable manner. It’s brutal and effective but makes you look forward to coming back for more.
The absolute best workout in Cleveland. It’s not your mom’s Pilates! Never before have I looked forward to a workout… and it never gets easier. Love the teachers and staff and community!
