Terrible management, everything they do is the worst and stupidest way to do something possible. I unfortunately had to live in apartments managed by them for years and it was the worst experience I've ever had.
I have lived in Marieta, a brand new building, for almost a month now and it has been an absolute nightmare. My air conditioning has been broken the entire time. When it’s not making noises keeping me up all night, it’s leaking massive amounts of water onto my floor. I’ve barely slept since I’ve moved into this place. Avoid at all costs.
Stop hiring this company to manage your properties! They are so lazy and wildly incompetent.
They offer an impressive level of incompetence, avoid any properties managed by them if at all possible.
