I've been banking with them since 2012, and am so satisfied with the ladies that work here. After they were bought by cortrust, online banking changed, but at least the people haven't. Angie is always at attention anytime I have issues or questions, what a gal.
I have banked with Wells Fargo for a long time and had many bad experiences. My husband has always banked here. We have a joint account now and every time I walk in the ladies have been so friendly and personable! They know my name when I walk in. They know I have kids and ask about suckers in the drive-through. Answered questions over the phone with patience and kindness! Love this bank! Thank you everyone for your hard work and amazing attitudes!
Everyone at this specific building is always crabby and rude. I ask for small things but the way the workers react is that it’s the worlds biggest task. I get it. We all have things we don’t want to do at work. But showing a customer how displeased and annoyed you are with their request is wrong. Does a smile hurt at all? I refinanced with Luke Klitzke and could not have had a better experience! Everything was clear, quick, and the best rate around. Luke made the process easy and seamless. His direct communication provided clarity and straight forward expectations. 10/10 would recommend.
After First MN switched to Cortrust, my online banking has been useless, every number im given to call are automated and hang up before any options are given for further help, and i see no point in staying at a local bank that functions out of a different state anymore.
