not a bad place for hair care This place is ok but the stylists are a bit slow. They will stand behind the counter and gab with people are waiting for service. The prices are on the high end and it's not for anyting special either. It's ok if you need a place in a pinch but otherwise, I'd go elsewhere PROS: CONS: hich prices for so-so cuts. Slow service

very accomodating and farily priced My mother is in a wheel chair and they are very accomodating and do a great job anytime i've been there. My daughter and I also go there for hair cuts, waxing and hair done for special occasions. I have always been pleased with the result. Some may think it's pricey but as people will say you get what you pay for. I think it's well worth the price. PROS: very good stylists, fairly priced and offer great service CONS: none

Good cut, OK service I visited the Corto's salon on Abbott Rd. for the first time and my experience was just "ok". I had been frequenting another well-known salon in Williamsville for years and decided to look for a salon closer to my home. I mentioned all of this to my stylist right away, as I was very nervous to try a new salon and a new stylist. Her response, "Well I've been here for years". So much for calming for nerves! Loved it AND my stylist Recently went there! I had a very uneven hair cut that I refused to let anyone touch for months. I was matched up with a stylist named Emily, she was really sweet and understood what I was going through. Not only did she even me out with out taking too much off, but she gave me a great hair cut that has been growing out nicely. (Trying to grow it out for my wedding!). Great cut if you get the right girl! I started going to the abbott rd location a few years ago and have never gone anywhere else since, the stylists are friendly and will carry on a conversation with you as they perform their services. Most of them are highly competent and will do their best to fit what you ask for. Well worth it!

AWESOME!!!! I have been to Cortos 3 different times and each experience has been GREAT!! Tara is one of the best colorist I have had! It's not easy to go from brunette to blonde and she did it wonderful. MANY COMPLIMENTS. The staff is very friendly and anyone of them is happy to make your day comfortable. Coffee, magazines and conversation. The salon itself is clean and pleasant. More than reasonable prices. I love this salon and I will continue to be a customer : ) unless they Tara leaves . I will follow her!
