My grandma lived in these apartments for 22 years and after a corporation bought the complex I was worried with the rent hikes etc. Gabby at the front desk was always soo helpful and accommodating. After my grandma unexpectedly passed away , the office manager Mesha was right there to help us through it all and her kindness and willingness to help us was above and beyond. Great place to live. Peaceful and staff is very responsive and helpful. It is also pet friendly
Excellent place to live, quiet, comfortable and safe, the staff is very friendly
Don’t move here unless you have no friends or family or those friends ride horses. They won’t be able to park anywhere and will have to pay 3$ every time they want to visit you. They are strict on guest parking, my girlfriends car was towed to phoenix with no warning or notice today. No options to buy a permanent permit either for recurring visitors so you will be stuck with paying a “visitors fee.” Every time you decide to park here.
Great staff. Idiotic parking arrangements & extra charges. Beware, it’ll add up. Parking isn’t managed by the complex, it’s managed by a parking company so you gotta pay rent & deal with them too. Big flaw
