As we continue to grieve our sweet Sadie girl, we keep the compassion Dr. Pinney and his staff showed to our sweet girl as well as our family through such a heartbreaking time in our hearts. Through the heartache, we found comfort in witnessing our girl being treated with such kindness and empathy in her final moments. Dr. Pinney, I truly hope that you know what a difference you make in your role as a veterinarian. We sincerely thank you for all that you do. Most importantly, the love and kindness you showed our sweet girl.
Go anywhere else. Our dog was choking and they turned her away. They had an hour left to be open and they didn't want to see her. They pushed the emergency clinic which cost us $500 more because these heartless people wanted to go home. What kind of compassion is that? Never again. Thankfully we normally take our dogs to harbor point. They're cheaper and obviously more compassionate. They would have stayed open.
Dr. Pinney was very kind and thorough with my sweet puppy. Looking forward to working with them for many years to come.
The staff is wonderful Dr Penny is absolutely fantastic with our dogs very caring and does not try to rush you always calls you back he is a God sent for us
