I needed some clean stone for a small home project. So I stopped by and the lady at the front office was super helpful in guiding me and the crew at the pit were there to get me what I needed right away. Pleasant experience
Great customer service
They delivered wrong stone and driver dumped load in one huge pile. Driver stated truck had one missing chain so unable to spread load. We had informed instructions prior to delivery. We had used this co. In previous years with no problem but this delivery was a fiasco. Plus we have to hire equipment to correct as we can’t use our road.
I called this place for pricing, the woman who answered the phone was so rude. Super condescending, talking down to customers.
