My bathroom tub had black spots and mold around the tile. The refrigerator was worn out and used. Literally burn holes on the side. The stove was filthy. There is paint droplets all over the kitchen and hall floors. From them painting and not protecting the wood flooring. The carpet in the bedroom was torn. All the blinds/ shades were taped up from previous tenant. Only the living room and dining room was move in ready.
This place is ridiculous.. the prices are astronomical and only going up, you only get one parking spot and if you park anywhere else you’re immediately towed. No one ever gets back to you at the front desk and even if you go to the leasing office no one’s there. They’ve been redoing the apartment next to mine for weeks and have been starting before 8am and don’t care. Save yourself and don’t come here!!
I don’t know why they would even advertise their apartments if they are not going to answer a phone call, email and tour reservations. If they are this bad with you not being a resident I can only imagine how bad they are once you are.
I had an apartment tour set for a Saturday morning at 11 AM. I even emailed “Nick” the week before confirming my appointment to view a studio space- and never received a response. I show up that Saturday at my appointment time and called/ knocked on the leasing door to no avail. No one was in the leasing office or available by phone. Very disappointing- I was very interested in their spaces. Poor way to conduct business.
Management for the most part is nice, But when we first moved in they described it as “clean” clearly they were lied to with stains on the carpet, spider webs, dust everywhere A hefty renting price at 2700 for 2bd 1b and totally not worth it! The Place is horrendous after just a few months of settling in, tons of spiders, bugs, and most especially ants! Not To mention the annoying neighbors!
