We moved here in November. Overall, it is a nice place. My biggest complaint would be that they dont regularly fill the dog stations. The stations will go months without being filled unless a service ticket is entered. So this leads to dog feces around the complex. Also, some things need to be better maintained and updated. They charge a pest control fee but there are cobwebs and spiders all over the buildings. Birds have nest on the fire sprinklers throughout the halls. Easy and smooth move-in and they were kind about helping my son secure a handicap spot. I haven’t had any issues with the apartment we love our cozy spot and enjoy being next to the open space and three different parks. I would say a two bedroom at this complex is definitely more affordable than other places in the area. Kid friendly 10/10 close to schools.
