I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. The staff are great. They keep the premises clean (although some residents rely on someone picking up their dog poop, which is not ok). Maintenance responds to requests promptly. Zach & Marcelo fixed a small thing on my hot water heater within hours. Highly recommend Cortland if you’re looking for a convenient location with great amenities!
I want to sincerely thank the Cortland Westminster team. The maintenance staff do an amazing job taking care of the community. The property is always clean and very well maintained. The leasing office team are always friendly and professional. I’m very grateful to live here. Truly an incredible team. My husband and I only lived here for one lease term before having to move, but it was truly the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. The management team was amazing, maintenance was always prompt and reliable, and the neighborhood was wonderful. What stood out the most was the excellent communication from the office staff. Zack in maintenance was Very Helpful. After putting in a maintenance request regarding issues with my garbage disposal he showed up 20 minutes later with a new disposal in hand and replaced it with no issues.
Helpful. Kind, Knowledgeable. Great team. Wonderful complex. Safe, clean, lovely views. Love it. The service team arrives when they say they will. the service requests are fulfilled promptly. The office team is so helpful. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years. 10 out of 10 for Cortland Westminster!
