I’ve been living here for a while now and I just have to say that I absolutely love everything about this place family friendly, safe, The most amazing staff etc I couldn’t recommend this place more 🙏🏽
Have filed multiple complaints to the leasing office about an ongoing issue that has lasted over 3 months now, and they have gone back and forth from “Don’t worry we’ll fix the problem!” to now “You guys are on your own, sorry!”. Horrible at communication, we had a huge communication issue while trying to even to move into this place. They clearly don’t care about the tenants or the wellbeing of the community. I have lived in many apartment complexes, and this is by far the worst. Do not waste your time or money here.
Submitted twice for a noise complaint on our upstairs neighbor. First one was ignored and they only replied when my girlfriend did the same thing 2 months later. They said “they need proof” of our neighbors being unreasonable so my girlfriend sent a few videos we have captured since moving in and after seeing those “they need to come in and get their own proof”. I was going to wait till my lease was up so I could include all aspects in the review. However, the bad just keeps piling up. There is a very nice facade covering the reality of the place. They charge for a lot of extras and don’t always deliver but still expect the resident to pay even if the service is not provided. I.e. trash valet not picked up for several weeks yet they continue to request the $15 I subtracted from a month’s rent for no trash service. We moved here in November. Overall, it is a nice place. My biggest complaint would be that they dont regularly fill the dog stations. The stations will go months without being filled unless a service ticket is entered. So this leads to dog feces around the complex. Also, some things need to be better maintained and updated. They charge a pest control fee but there are cobwebs and spiders all over the buildings. Birds have nest on the fire sprinklers throughout the halls.
