I was going to wait till my lease was up so I could include all aspects in the review. However, the bad just keeps piling up. There is a very nice facade covering the reality of the place. They charge for a lot of extras and don’t always deliver but still expect the resident to pay even if the service is not provided. Submitted twice for a noise complaint on our upstairs neighbor. First one was ignored and they only replied when my girlfriend did the same thing 2 months later. They said “they need proof” of our neighbors being unreasonable so my girlfriend sent a few videos we have captured since moving in and after seeing those “they need to come in and get their own proof”. I liked living here for a while, as the unit price was a good deal compared to many in the area and units are generally more spacious. However, a lot of issues keep coming up which have led to the review I'm leaving now. If you live in a unit with upstairs neighbors, be prepared for a ton of noise. It's nice that I only share one outer wall to my unit with neighbors and I never hear them, but my upstairs neighbors make so much noise and the complex refuses to do anything about it, even though I've made multiple reports, cons... read more
