My daughter and her husband moved into these apartments over a year ago, back when it was a nice neighborhood and worth the $2K rent. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. There's an enormous homeless encampment built along the wall behind the parking garages with at least 15 bicycle thieves/drug addicts/parking lot prowlers/beggars living in it. I recently toured and later moved into Cortland Westminster, and my experience has been very positive so far. The community is well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean and inviting. During the leasing process, the staff were friendly, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. I also appreciate how responsive the management team has been whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, it has felt like a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Insanely thin walls. No parking available. Probaby about 10 spots for every 30 residents/cars. Key fobs dont work so you cant access the mail room to pick up your packages, go to the gym, the pool, etc. PM does nothing besides apologizing for the inconvenience. Save your money and look else where.
