Wow, this place is a joke! They treat existing long-term tenants like crap. Forced to move out so they can remodel and then charge them more in rent for a smaller unit. Wow, just wow. Do not consider moving here, this place is pure evil. It's companies like this that are ruining the once great DFW area.
If you are a person who likes stability and hates constantly moving from place to place, STAY AWAY from these apartments! We just moved last year and started to enjoy our life here, but two weeks ago we found out that the new management doesn't offer the renewal for our lease, because they want to upgrade our unit. So, now we have to look for a new place and move again, and therefore, we'll have to change our summer plans.
