This complex has very nice amenities and is in a great location. When I toured the property, I was excited to live at this complex, but found out the floor plan I wanted was not available. Then a few weeks later, I got a call that one unit came available and it would be handled on a "first come, first served" basis because some others were also showing interest in the same floor plan. Staff doesn't return phone calls, courtesy officer has never return phone calls, grounds are nice but they need speed bumps and stop signs. Not a good community if you have kids...and want to ensure they don't get hit by a speeding car coming around a curve. Neighbors play Mexican music loud and late at night and no help from "courtesy officer". The town homes may be better, but you still will have to worry about the lack of professionalism and safety hazards.
