1 Star is way too much for Cortland’s customer service. We formerly lived at Cortland Village Apartments. We stayed there from March 24th 2020 to Sep 19 2020. It was a one-year contract and we stayed there almost 6 months. If you are looking for reviews and considering moving in, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN. The management team has no common sense to solve problems, and instead they cover up their mistakes and ignore customers.
