I absolutely love living at Town Center Crossing Apartments! The community is so beautiful and well-maintained — everything from the landscaping to the overall atmosphere makes it such a pretty and welcoming place to call home. The staff is also wonderful! Kevin in the front office always goes above and beyond with his great customer service. He’s friendly, professional, and truly makes you feel valued as a resident. I’m so glad I chose to live here — it’s been a great experience all around!
This property is stunning with the trees and its ideal location for Kingwood. Two pools and a 24/7 fitness center AND cold brew on tap is wild. I also was impressed with Kevin, he was juggling multiple issues at one time seamlessly and everyone got taken care of. The community and the staff are top notch. Def a 5 star community.
Very please with customer service I received from Kevin, he did amazing! He was very patient, helpful, kind and answered all of my questions. The community is beautiful!
