My experience at 3900 W Cortland was great. I lived there for 3 years and probably would not have moved if I wasn’t buying! Overall, management was punctual, communicative on urgent request, and open to feedback on how to improve. The building was always clean, And presentable. If you ever find this place open, I would jump on it!
Best landlord I’ve ever had. Andrew is super quick with any issues or concerns. The building is kept super clean and neat. Very communicative. The apartments here are beautiful. Definitely recommend.
