This place need to screen there tenants more often seems like it's all about the MONEY to them the police are here every month 10pm 1am 3am just look it up the police department keeps records everytime they come out for complaints also Cortland never look into certain tenants that need not to renew there lease . Cortland is more concern of filling up there units than fulfilling there obligations for tenants rights respect and privacy. Quiet, easy access to walkway, available parking, and unit was in move-in condition; on-site laundry facility and office management service was superb!
