Overall a decent place to live — but the little things really add up. The layout of the units are pretty good — a lot of variety, and the complex has a lot of potential. But I often find myself wondering: why have nice things if they’re not going to be maintained or thoughtfully finished? Just toured with Jeremy and he was AMAZING. My friend and I came in late and he was more than willing to help us. Great conversationalist. Courtland is lucky to have him!
Absolutely loved my 5 years at cortland. I lived in both west and east. Both properties have been great to for husband and I. I’ve seen leasing agents come and go and the last few hired were great. The apartment was quiet, clean for the most part, and great customer service from the staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to move back if needed.

I moved in about a month ago and need to echo some of the negative reviews written below: - The valet trash is poorly managed. They are meant to pick up every weekday but occasionally, it is not picked up. - There are roaches. This may be linked to the poor trash management however at first they were just in the hallways but recently i found a big one in my closet. Absolutely unacceptable.
