I moved in recently and have had the best experience so far. My apartment is beautiful and spacious for a reasonable price. The front desk staff has been truly amazing. Special shout out to Latrice for helping me through this process and always answering all of my questions with a smile !!!
It’s been four months since we moved out and they’ve refused to send our security deposit. This isn’t even a dispute over the amount. They said what they owed us and keep saying their “system is down” anytime we visit the office to request they send it. We’ve called, emailed, and visited twice in person and they still act as though they’re going to get right on it. I enjoy living here overall, I like my home space and view. Special recognition to WILLIAM on the Maintenance Team for fixing the things in my place efficiently! On a different note, I would like management to finally make the fire pit functional. That was a selling point, but it has not worked one day. Also, some people with dogs let them eliminate in improper places like near the gate walkway, hallways and stairwells. That's completely unacceptable and I believe management is too lenient on those dog owners.
Since we got blindsided with the New company change from Cortland to Centra, this place has Deteriorated right before my eyes!! In such a short period of time! It almost seems like the new company is doing it on purpose, it’s so horrible!..I’ve been here 5 years! New staff doesn’t care about anything dealing with property cleanliness (people or environment)… Trash Everywhere!! All the time! TERRIBLE TREATMENT! The front office attendant named ASHLEY has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. She was immediately rude to me for no reason! Ashley acted as if I was a burden for even speaking to her about my inquiries. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone solely based on the possibility of having to deal with her terrible customer service skills!
