Please get the fire alarm under control. If there is no fire, the alarm should not be sounding. If someone keeps triggering it for whatever reason, that is still management’s responsibility. Don’t apologize to residents — fix the problem. Solve it, and everyone will thank you. This constant, unnecessary noise is exhausting, disruptive, and completely unacceptable. The leasing office staff member Ashley only contacts me when it comes to collecting payments. Other than that, she does not respond to my emails at all. On top of this, our rent was charged twice, and it has been almost a month since we moved out, yet our security deposit has still not been returned. The lack of communication and poor handling of financial matters has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
I’m leaving this review as a resident for 1.5 years. I lived through the Centra acquisition, this was a Cortland property when I moved in. As a business owner that works primarily from home, I use the lobby facilities. However, it’s extremely frustrating that the printer no longer works and it’s been out for weeks. Please get this fixed! Also, I’m starting to smell smoking more and more in different areas, which is so disappointing. This is supposed to be smoke free living.
I am editing this review from years ago just to post this updated experience clearly, because nothing has changed except the level of frustration. I have been a resident in this building for 4 years, long before the new company took over and long before Ashley started working at the front desk. Ashley has been a consistent problem. Her energy is negative, her attitude is nasty, and she speaks to residents in an aggressive, unprofessional way. I'm so happy I found this community! I've been living here for a little over 2 months and it's been a great experience, everything from the application process to day to day life has been so personal. Natasha the property manager is so kind and stays on top of everything, Ashley and Ariel are very helpful and do a great job doing events for the community and keeping it organized.
