Poor management, bad customer service and maintenance is terrible
If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT WAS ONCE OWNED BY CORTLAND NOW BY CENTRA. THE PROPERTY HAS WENT DOWNHILL EVER SINCE. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE ARE RUDE. EVERYONE WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENT THINGS WHEN YOU CALL. NOBODY IS ON THE SAME PAGE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL FINE YOU FOR EVERYTHING.!!!! Apartments had little roaches when I moved in .
Poor service, nastiness, unprofessional worst experience ever
I moved in here exactly 1 month ago and I waited till now to write a proper review. I must say so far they deliver on everything they said. A special acknowledgment to Ashlie who helped me from day one and she’s very pleasant, patient and responsive!! 10/10 for Ashlie please!!! The building is kept clean and everything in my Unit works just fine. I had a minor complaint about my AC and someone was there to look at it the next day.
