RecommendedThis review is for the maintenance crew at The Meridian by Cortland. They are truly the best employees in the business and our favorite part of living at The Meridian. The team constantly goes above and beyond to satisfy residents and is always there to help solve requests in a timely manner. Shout-out to Jon-Eric for treating residents like family.
I recommended The Meridian to my sister when she moved to Columbus as a critical care physician at OSU. Unfortunately throughout this pandemic there have been episodes of excessive noise and more recently a fire alarm going off in the building for 3 HOURS in the middle of the night that was not addressed by the complex! I'm not sure if there is anyone supposed to be on call but my sister had to speak with the firefighters when she should be resting before you know, going in to treat COVID patients!! Disappointing management.
The Meridian is an awesome place to live! I love how safe, fun, and pet-friendly the community is! I have lived here for one year and re-signed for another year. The maintenance staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any concerns! The workout room is always clean and I love the common areas.

I lived in the Meridian for the last two years, and I had the best experience ever. When the management turned over after my first 7 months of being there, I have never been more impressed. These people became my friends and they were so attentive with any apartment need I had, always had weekly fun events planned, and turned the community into a place I could call home.
