Apartments are not cleaned and verified properly before giving to tenant .. Everything is dirty and had to raise numerous service requests to get it cleaned . Apartment has very old appliances and are of cheap quality .

The staff is wonderful very caring and want you to be happy. Repairs are completed the same day I report them. Marie, Elsy, Aaron, Ruben, Lisa, Armando and Emily are all cheerful and helpful. Thank you
