Do not fall for the FREE RENT signs, it’ll cost you your life. MOLD in the bathrooms. No matter how many times you report it, maintenance just paints over it instead of properly addressing the root of the problem. It keeps coming back, which is a serious health concern. Community Management is hardly ever available. Their office hours are inconsistent, and good luck trying to get in touch with someone when you need help.
