Jonathan and José were amazing. Did everything immediately, effortlessly, and efficiently! Above and beyond, and greatly appreciated! If I could recommend them I’d do it 1,000 times over! Amazing maintenance skills!
I recently visited this apartment complex with my wife and had a very disappointing experience. The leasing agent, Barbara, came across as unprofessional and disengaged throughout the entire interaction. She seemed uninterested in helping, lacked basic customer service skills, and did not represent the property well. It’s unfortunate because the complex itself looked promising, but the experience with Barbara made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. First impressions matter and this one missed the mark.
This is honestly one of the best apartments I've ever had the please of living in. The office and maintenance staff are caring and attentive. Maintenance always shows up the same day or the very next day after an issue pops up. TLDR: I love it here, it's a fantastic place to call home.
I’m sorry I don’t know the staff by name. There’s only been 1 lady who treated me like I didn’t stay there. But other than that it’s amazing staying here. The maintenance team is quick to handle situations. It’s really quiet. The office staff whom I’ve interacted with has been nice. The package room and mail delivery is a lil weird but non the less it’s cool. My only complaint which is not the apartment. The cell phone service is horrible due to the airport. So everything is on WiFi.
Absolutely the most unhelpful people in the planet. Incredibly incompetent.
