Nice clean and quiet
Pros: -Excellent maintenance team (especially Ivan!! He’s so amazing, hardworking, and always comes fast.) -Clean facilities. -Beautiful lakeside path. Cons: -Front gate and doors constantly broken so there seems to be a safety issue there. -Elevator was broken for a month. -No heated pool. -Trash in lake sometimes. -Roaches, centipedes, and lizards periodically in apartments (Pest Control comes every Tuesday though so you can request them to come and spray your apartment). Ivan is great! Always professional, and takes care of things in a timely manner. He’s a great asset to the maintenance team.
Maintenance was very helpful with fixing our AC.
Ivan within the maintenance does a great job with his service & is also very efficient.
