I'm giving a one star because I've lived here for years and feel like there's no reason I should've been disrespected in the way I've just been by the management of this apartment complex. Starting the night of Sunday Jan 19th 2025 - Thursday Jan 23rd 2025, I had a recurring issue with my apartment's heat. Price gouging at its worst! I pay a high rent for the same facilities that are available in other apartments for a cheaper price. This apartment community is overrated. Cortland offices in Atlanta were also raided by FBI for their role in manipulating rents.
Maintenance team is good.
