Maintenance requests are always answered. Sometimes the problem persists, but they keep trying diligently. I have to give them credit for that for sure, but the promptness is the most important thing.
It took me so long to finally leave a review about our experience here because I'm still traumatized. We were renting from 2019-2021 and the amount of ROACHES in our unit that would be crawling around on our ceilings and it being an issue every few days even after pest control came and I'm one of the cleanest people you'll ever meet. Do not recommend living here.
