My mother is currently being taken advantage of by this property. She was told she would be receiving a move-in deal that is not currently being honored. The miscommunication they have amongst themselves is detrimental to the company’s reputation. Marco, a leasing agent at the property, tried to tell my mother that she is not supposed to receive a deal at all, while she was told by another agent on more than one occasion that she would not have to pay rent for the month of April. Place is a parking nightmare. They allow one resident to reserve 3 spots. Good luck parking after 7 pm. If you happen to get a unit above a garage be aware the resident is allowed to open and close the garage regardless of quiet hours assistant manager told me. I got a neighbor works at night 2 AM almost everyday wakes me up opening the garage. Gates are not secure in the sense that there is no gate arm cars follow behind each other. I'm giving a one star because I've lived here for years and feel like there's no reason I should've been disrespected in the way I've just been by the management of this apartment complex.
