I moved into this property in July 2025, and since day one it’s been one problem after another. When I moved in, my AC didn’t work even though the unit was deemed “move-in ready.” My washing machine only runs hot water, my dryer didn’t work, and my bathroom exhaust fan has never worked. This apartment complex is all over the place! I been having trouble with bills and the office gives me different answers from each person! we have new managers now and it’s hard to talk to Jenifer about what ls going on cause I can barley get a chance to talk and explain to her what’s been going on before she has been here ! She’s very condescending!! Make Sure there’s a clear understanding and everything before moving here !!
Price gouging at its worst! I pay a high rent for the same facilities that are available in other apartments for a cheaper price. This apartment community is overrated. Cortland offices in Atlanta were also raided by FBI for their role in manipulating rents. My car's windshield was likely broken by construction crew. The apartment has no cameras, they did not do an incodent report, and they say they don't take responsibility for this. I filed a complaint with Sandy Springs police. My mother is currently being taken advantage of by this property. She was told she would be receiving a move-in deal that is not currently being honored. The miscommunication they have amongst themselves is detrimental to the company’s reputation. Marco, a leasing agent at the property, tried to tell my mother that she is not supposed to receive a deal at all, while she was told by another agent on more than one occasion that she would not have to pay rent for the month of April.
