I wanted to give a shoutout to JD and John from the maintenance team! I recently had an issue with my washer, and they responded so quickly. They were professional, friendly, and had everything fixed in no time. It’s really appreciated when maintenance takes concerns seriously and provides such fast, efficient service. Thank you both for the great work!

Shout out to the maintenance crew. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a maintenance issue, it has been handled either that same day or the very next day, no questions asked, no fuss.
