Smegal misdiagnosed an abscess for a canker sore. Was extremely rude and refused me any kind of actual care. I begged for antibiotics. She told me take Tylenol and I’d be fine after I told her the Tylenol wasn’t working for the pain and I was waking up in the middle of the night in pain. Paid $75 for nothing, had to go to the ER to get antibiotics and then I had an appointment with an actual dentist, Chester Family Dentistry, where they drained my abscess and told me to keep taking the antibiotics from the ER. Terrible.
WOW!! Finally great dentist who actually listens to your concerns as well as precise and professional care. After having an accident that shattered my jaw and left me wired shut for months no dentist really wanted to work on me for concerns from damage. Not Dr. Harnett, he went above and beyond to make things as easier on me as possible. Then my concern became how awful my teeth looked after. I LOVE this place! They fit me in when needed, they don’t try to talk me into services I don’t really need, and everyone is very pleasant!
