I accompanied my girlfriend on a tour of the community with Denise, who was super courteous and knowledgeable. She showed us two homes and really made us feel at home. The community is beautiful and well-kept, and my girlfriend was so impressed she applied on the spot! She’ll be moving in very soon and will be closer to me. Highly recommend!
Do you smoke weed? No? Well, if you move here, you might start, because neighbors smoke everywhere: inside the complex, in their cars, or even in the bushes. (Smoke-free? What a joke.) The walls are paper-thin. You better pray you don’t get stuck with a loud or crazy neighbor, because you won’t sleep until you move out. Management does nothing. Working with Denise has been such a wonderful experience! She’s super helpful, professional, and always makes everything easy and stress-free. Every time I’ve visited the community, it’s been clean, maintained beautifully, and has such a welcoming vibe, it truly feels like home. Highly recommended!
