The property manager Jan is the most kindest always has been there to help she is one of the best places i have lived she always has my back and works with you she is just an amazing humane beings every complex should have a property manager like her she makes living there worth it
It is 1:53 a.m. as I write this, unable to sleep yet again because of the constant noise. You can hear everything: footsteps, people cooking, talking, and loud parties that continue late into the night. The walls and ceilings are so thin it feels like your neighbors are inside your apartment. There is no enforcement of quiet hours, no accountability, and no soundproofing. This is not just an occasional inconvenience, it is a daily exhausting reality.
**Edited from my original review of 5 stars I want to start by saying the maintenance staff at Cortland Deerfield is truly top notch. They consistently go above and beyond, and I can’t speak highly enough of their dedication to keeping things running smoothly inside the units. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the management team. Beautiful, clean, and fun place to live. Not only are the apartments nice, but the staff is cool as well. Ed, Denise, Katrina, Diego to name a few. All great people, super helpful, and super knowledgeable. Thank you Cortland Deerfield.
Recently took a tour of Cortland Deerfield Station and had the pleasure of meeting Ed from the leasing office. First impressions are invaluable and he certainly left a good impression on us. Patient, funny, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend taking a tour here if you have a chance.
