Ed was really informative and patient with me and my wife, showed us everything we needed and answered all of our questions. The community and apartments were beautiful as well.
IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE, DO NOT RENT A UNIT ANYWHERE NEAR THE TRASH COMPACTORS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. 12-31-24 Update: The owners of Cortland Deerfield Station were presented with a quote to add a timing function to the trash compactors so that they would not operate during the night. The quote was less than 0.27% of their yearly revenue, even after accounting for taxes and being extremely liberal with my calculations. They chose to reject the quote and allow the issue to persist. I recently helped my son choose an apartment here. Their staff is fantastic, the property is clean, has great amenities, and the units are a good value for the money compared to the competition. I can see why their reviews are so stellar. The reviews were definitely what led us to Cortland Deerfield.
When everything is working properly they get 5 stars from me :) I’m on my 3rd lease here. Pool is fabulous. Very nce staff. The maintenance guys are absolutely excellent.
