When I first toured this property back in December, my leasing agent Heather (who is no longer there) provided an amazing experience. The model unit and overall appearance of the property were beautiful, which ultimately influenced my decision to move forward. Cortland Copper Springs is a very diverse community, people can be friendly or just attended to stay to themselves which is personally ok. I have had no major issues since moving in, any maintenance requests are completed in less than 24hrs. Now as far as a review I seen about the kids knocking on the door very loudly and abruptly, this is no antisemitism. It is wonderful to live here with this beautiful community and a great service by maintenance but it is impossible to sleep peacefully in 8 months that I live here I have seen 6 cars that steal the wheels and leave them in stones and the condominium no answers
Overall Experience At first glance, the property appears well-maintained. The gates usually function properly, and the community is well lit. The office staff has always been kind and professional, and they were helpful when packages were misdelivered (which happened often). There are locker boxes onsite, though I personally stopped using them due to delivery issues. There were these kids running around and kicking on peoples doors. My Jewish family had been awake all night and couldn’t sleep. Those juvenile delinquents woke my children up. This is an act of antisemitism and I will report it to the authorities.
