I recently toured a 3 bedroom apartment at Preserve at Copper Springs, and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions, showed genuine interest in helping me find the right home, and made the entire tour feel comfortable and stress free
Lease somewhere else, for the price this place is no longer it.. !!!! I leased here with Cortland, I had a great experience and enjoyed calling this property my home. Ever since PRESERVE took over it's been a mess. I cannot wait till my lease is up so I can move out of this place. I do not enjoy being here at all. Ever since copper sold the property, this place has gotten worse and worse. Nothing has come good out of here. The cleaning and maintenance are super low. Before selling the property, my trash didn't make it past 2 days in the bind, and now, out of the nowhere, my trash has been there for more than 3 days, and it's not nice. There are bugs and bad odors in the hallways. These flys enter my home and go all around my house, which is really annoying. I have noticed that many people don't respect other private lives. Was discriminated for having family over even though we were being peaceful. White lady that claimed to be management was being rude as well as multiple over sized 500 plus pound men. As soon as they asked us to leave we began packing food and drinks and they began to start attempting to intimidate us. One of the over sized men claimed to be an officer but he is just an under paid employee.
