I came from Oregon and was first time in Houston. I have have been here over two years and planning to renew my lease in November. I live alone and feel so safe here. The Staff is amazing esp Heather. Always so kind and always willing to help with anything I need. Maintenance responds within 24 hours and is always so helpful. I love living here, worth every penny!
I have been a resident here for 7 yrs. and I must say, this has been a great place to live. I love that it is right off of 290, your right at the freeway! But... the customer service is exceptional, if I call for maintenance, it is completed within HOURS!! Up until today, I would have rated this complex 5 stars for sure, especially in comparison to another apartment in Houston where I used to live. I was living in a 2-bedroom apartment at Copper Springs for the past 2 years and had a fantastic experience. The management was quick about responding to maintenance requests, and the apartment was super clean and quiet. I have been living in the apartment in cortland copper springs for the past five years with my family. The management team is very supportive and helpful. However, I am writing to share a serious concern regarding an incident that took place at the pool on Saturday evening (June 21). My children and I went to the pool around 7:30 PM, and while we were there, a group of individuals — who clearly were not residents — entered the pool area. Visited today as I had a package delivered to the wrong address. I may or may not get my package but Heather in the leasing office put a lot of effort in helping try to get the package returned to me which is all anyone can ask. I was very appreciative of her effort.
