What was supposed to be an upgrade from our previous apartments to the Preserve has been absolute hell. Management here is not very good at taking care of things, even the 12 year old child who was at the complex pool stated that we moved in here in the month of June. It has been a full 37 days… of our AC not working properly. 37 days and nobody can figure out why our apartment is sitting at almost 80 degrees during Texas summer. I’ve lived here for two months, and it has been one of the biggest regrets of my rental history. The air conditioning has been broken almost the entire time during this summer heat. As a night shift worker, I set the thermostat to 70°F before going to sleep, only to wake up drenched in sweat with the unit at 78°F. This cycle has repeated for weeks. Maintenance has been out over 10 times in just two months. They provide temporary fixes that last a day or two before the AC fails again. The office rarely responds to calls or me... read more
I moved out due to having issues with the leasing manager / my lease was ending I decided I didn’t like my experience and ended the contract : when moved out I was charged $1547 for “smoking in the unit” totally false I made several complaints about discrimination and nothing was handled and lot of Knats and they changed the name several times A homicide then suicide happened here and they sent out a notice saying no violent crime had took place which was a lie : it use to be a nice place but it went down hill and when I mov... read more
Be mindful this is no longer Cortland Copper Springs which is where all the previous reviews were derived from. This use to be such a great place to call home the past 5years but it’s No Longer. So very unfortunate to be faced with relocating as end of lease is near but it’s literally been some sort of inconvenience weekly with new management. I’ve had to change my rating. I advise you be very thorough with your decision if you’re in the market for a new place to call home!
Had an amazing tour experience. Unfortunately I did not sign a lease, but if it wasn’t for the distance to and from my work, I would definitely signed on the spot.
