I had an issue with a Caravan that me mechanic couldn't fix. Cortland not only squeezed me in to thier packed schedule but got it fixed and hand me back on the road the same day. They were transparent, answered all my questions and didn't try to upcharge me a bunch of nonsense. I would absolutely recommend them.
Had a great experience working with Reilly to buy a used vehicle. Multiple components of the vehicle had minor damage and were replaced free of charge. He was very transparent through the whole process from the start. I highly recommend this dodge dealership and Reilly!

I have been going to jeep in Cortland since I purchased it in 2021. Unfortunately I have had several issues back to back for the last 2 years. Everytime I have brought my jeep in I have been told that the issue I have discussed was fine and then weeks later my jeep is worse because it has been unfixed.
