If you plan on buying vehicle at Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and plan on having it serviced there, run away. Their labor rate is $200.00 an hour. On top of that they piggy back labor on labor. So on top of their ridiculously high hourly labor rate, you pay anther 150.00 an hour to figure out the problem. They charge you for three hours even after it is fixed it in a lot less time than your charged. I Was told that’s what the flat rate manual says, and that the tech was a fast worker.
