Great place, great location to live at, with awesome management & maintenance teams. Adrian, Maintenance Technician, is brilliant, very knowledgable, and always on top of things!
I've lived here for a month and here's a list of issues that I've experienced since moving in: - Apartment was dirty on move in day. Had to delay the move in until it was cleaned. When asking for a rental credit, they avoided the topic all together. - The apartment door was broken so badly that it was acknowledged it needed to be replaced, but still hasn't. - A/C unit cant keep up with the heat. Apartment reaches 78 degrees during the day, and doesn't cool down until 10-11PM at night. Reported this at move in, still no fix. ... read more
No safe package delivery option. They started using "fetch" a few months ago, they just drop the package outside your door with no security, already had a package stolen. Dont live here unless you want to pay for a secure PO box
'All you have to do is drive around the block and see the conditions of the windows on all floors of this building. They are absolutely filthy and corroded. If you don't mind looking out from your unit through corroded and dirty glass then this is the place for you. If you never want to see real colors of the outside world and to be degraded by unmanaged dirt, then you should move here.
