I like living here. I lived here while it was Grey Star and I resigned when Cortland took over. It’s a nice apartment in a great area. Marissa and Samantha in the office are very friendly and helpful.
While a lot of my requests to the management team fall on deaf ears (awaiting responses regarding removing my name from the Amazon Hub Locker system, determining the higher fee needed to access the gym and pool (emailed 12/26/24), and repeated requests for the management team to use my preferred name to name a few), I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with our maintenance teams throughout my 1.5 years here. James and Eric did a great job replacing my washer and dryer today, thanks y’all!
Are you handy? Great! Because your maintenance requests will be responded to whenever tf they feel like it! lol DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T LIKE DOING YOUR OWN REPAIRS! I will say, they're always super nice about doing nothing about your concerns. They just don't do it. I've never lived at a place so incompetent. They clearly don't have the staff to service the building. Welcome to life with Cortland! Yay! Pay more and pick a different company. Seriously.
Went on a tour with Skiler, she was super friendly and showed me everything I wanted to see to make a decision. As you know having people in the office at an apartment complex that are helpful is key to ensuring your experience there is worth the money you’re paying. Hoping to be here in May! Thanks Skiler for all your hospitality. Looking forward to seeing you again!!
Honestly the experience here has improved dramatically since Samantha has joined the staff. She is without a doubt my go to person and confirms my reason for staying here. Cortland you don't deserve her!
