When calling to get some information , I was very impressed with the level of service and kind manner of Breann. it's always refreshing to come in contact with someone with a genuine kindness. I miss the true customer service experience, and she brought that back.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Where to begin? Well, let’s start with the easy part (since there is so little): the good. After living here for about 2 years, the only good I have witnessed is the maintenance staff and parcel pending. Every interaction with maintenance was pleasant, and there were many. Do not be misled by the appearance of the apartments. They are very cheaply built, so we have had quite a few instances where maintenance had to come make repairs.
