**Update 3/30/25** We loved living in our Cortland community. The staff at the community was amazing! The community is gorgeous! We had amazing neighbors that are now our friends. We intend to move back in the future. Toward the end of our lease we had some struggles with corporate office and billing. There was a lot of back and forth for a couple of months to arrange billing, as we had to end our lease early, due to a family need. I am former resident of Cortland John’s Creek. I stayed there for 26 months. The property was ok, decent maintenance, and responsiveness to service calls. However, we had multiple property management teams during the period, so you have to tell stories several times if you wanted to address issues with noisy neighbors. Finally, I have been waiting for more than 6 months for my deposit reimbursement.
