After reading these reviews from current and former residents with Cortland properties it assures me that what I’m experiencing is awful and recurring . I reach out to corporate to process a refund of a duplicate payment . I was assured they could help as long as I provided documents showing duplicate payment . After investigation and my financial institution reaching out to them they approved of the refund . Then slap me with a NSF Fee after an agreement of the refund with no penalty . Dominque showed my son and I the one and two bed apartments. I was thoroughly impressed and I plan on coming to stay there. She was very professional, very nice friendly and I love the community.
