This is in reference to property at Summermill. James is absolutely fantastic! He stopped by yesterday to review the issue I’ve been dealing with and as he promised, was back today to make sure everything was going to be fixed. Him and his crew fixed the issues without hesitation and did a wonderful job! James also came back to inspect the work and made sure I was satisfied! I honestly believe with this new company, management team and maintenance team, things are going to be much better at Summermill!
I moved here a year ago and I have been dealing with the same issue for a year.I’ve been dealing with a trash issue at my apartment. The trash bin right next to my door has been full for months and I’ve called the office multiple times I texted them and stopped by the office to ask for it to be removed. Unfortunately, I’ve received no response and no action has been taken. Former Resident – Fort Worth, TX Location I lived at a Fort Worth Cortland property and received a final account statement dated July 31, 2025 that contained unresolved errors. I attempted to address these issues before the July 26, 2025 due date, but the balance remains incorrect. Some charges appear to have been reassigned or altered after the due date without proper reconciliation. I am now pursuing resolution through the proper legal process. All the one star ratings say everything you need to know. Considering the net worth of Cortland, they have plenty of money to at least keep up the grounds of all the communities. Its sadly a pick and choose situation. My current property was bought out by Cortland and I had high hopes and looked forward to the changes we as tenants were promised.
