Love my apartment at Armour Yards. Best apartment I ever lived in, Khaylob is very helpful whenever I need something and knowledgeable.
My husband and I have been residents at a Cortland property since at least 2017. In 2019 we transferred from one property to another, and have been there ever since. I have to say we are incredibly disappointed and discouraged with how the transition to new property management was handled. I have given 2 stars, because prior to this, overall we were mostly satisfied with Cortland. I’m in Cortland Duluth I feeling they are mistreat me differently because of mine disability and children are disabilities. And talking about damage changes fee $150 and I have proof what the $150 for and keep going up on fee I never seen apartments that be money hungry
I'm a current resident at Cortland Wren Northlake in Charlotte since 2022 who initially loved living here but now highly disappointed in what it has become. Conditions have deteriorated drastically and clearly what I signed up for isn't what is being offered since management prioritizes cutting costs over something as basic as having access to your own apartment building. I have lived here over 5 years and have experienced nothing but great service! Both the maintenance team and office staff have been wonderful and efficient!
