I have been going to Cortina's for years. My daughter and I love the food here. However, I must warn you, watch your receipts. I left a 25% tip on the table for my server and wrote on my charge slip under tip "tip on table" and completed my transaction. They charged me another 20% on my bill AFTER I signed and left. I spoke this morning with Nana who said the manager was supposed to have called me and he did not. I am thinking of filing a police report in Euclid. As far as I am concerned, this is fraud or theft.
