Numerous billing issues that were never corrected, even after speaking to the front desk and billing department. My credit card was charged countless times even after confirming they had my FSA account on file. Phones are never answered, messages never returned. Even when I called to cancel services, their own billing department was unable to reach the Mission Valley office. 30 minute therapy sessions rarely went longer than 20 minutes. Very poorly managed office, I would avoid Cortica if possible.
Cortica Mission Valley delivers life-changing care! The staff at this office are so passionate and I feel very welcomed from the moment I step foot through the door.
